Fair Construction was established in Rwanda in 1995 after having launched its building and civil works operations way back in Uganda in 1986. Today, Fair Construction is one of the leading construction firms in Rwanda.

In it�s years of operations in Rwanda, the Company is credited and evidenced by some of the magnificent structures in Kigali City for both Government and commercial enterprises and some of the most luxury residences.

Apart from buildings, the Company is credited with carrying out several civil works. We have constructed major power stations (20.5 MW) at Jabana in the suburbs of Kigali City and are at present engaged in civil works for 9.5 MW Hydro power plant project in Western province as well as earthworks, road works, site leveling and erosion protection in Kibuye. We are also currently working for the installation of 648 kms of Fibre Optics cable for the National backbone Project in several parts of the Country."

Logistics

Apart from the building, civil and earthworks projects, the company:-

Operates its own concrete batching plant and stone quarries.
Has a joinery section, metal work shop and concrete precast yard.
Runs a fully equipped mechanical workshop for the service and repair of its large fleet of plant.

Business Operations

The company is headed by the Chairman under whom are 11 senior personnel, plus a compliment of 200 Various categories of other staff.

To control the on-site operations there are teams of engineers, foremen and quantity surveyors who over see anything up to 1,200 artisans and labourers and various categories of sub-contractors.

Construction Works

The aim of the company is to provide construction services at the best quality, most competitive price and to complete projects in the quickest possible time utilizing the latest construction technology all to the satisfaction of the Client. To attain these objectives, the company has a core staff of construction specialists in all the necessary disciplines all with vast experience in the industry.

It also owns all the necessary plant and equipment to reach the company and Client goals. A list of this equipment is attached.

Finally, the company has sufficient stocks of construction materials to compliment the operations of the company.

Interior Works

The company has fully equipped wood and metal workshops to manufacture doors, windows, ceiling and floor accessories.

It also has skilled artisans for the installation of doors, windows, floors and ceilings to the highest standards and quality.

Electrical & Plumbing Works

The company employs skilled electrical and plumbing personnel which allows it to be able to execute within certain limits most electrical and plumbing works on projects

Concrete Batching Plant

Situated at our Company Head Office extended yard, we are capable to satisfying our needs and sell out products to other clients.

Concrete Block making Plant

We have our Concrete Block making plants , we have enough blocks, pavers, etc. in stock for our consumption and for sale.

Carpentry Workshop

The workshop is manned by highly qualified technical staff who have always offered satisfactory service to our clients with any timber-based structures.

Mechanical And Electrical Workshop

Due of the many vehicles, heavy equipment, machinery and the nature of our work, we boast of staff with both high qualification and wide experience in the field we require their services.

Metal Workshop

Just like the mechanical/electrical workshop we always endeavour to man this department with equally highly qualified and experienced staff.

Stone Quarry

With two crushers and two big quarry area, we are self-sufficient in all our aggregate requirements and for supply other on commercial basis.
